We are an energy company

engaging in the workover and production of oil, gas and solar in the Texas Gulf Basin

Our
strategy

Who
are we?

  • Texadon focuses on producing hydrocarbon fields where relatively low-cost remedial reworking operations can enhance production and boost cash flow.

  • The company holds a 75% working interest in the producing Cross Creek Gas/Condensate Field.

  • The directors are actively evaluating additional similar assets to support the company’s growth strategy.

  • Texadon benefits from a highly skilled technical team based in Houston, led by Operations Director Steven McGuire.

  • The company also maintains a strong and experienced management team in London, headed by Finance Director Michael Whyke.

Why
Texas?

  • Texas is largest oil and gas producer in the US.
  • A century of production with over 100,000 wells drilled targeting multiple reservoirs and new plays.
  • Many early wells were drilled without the benefit of seismic data, from modern drilling, evaluation methods or completion technology.
  • Oil sector including refineries, transportation and support services operate 24 hours per day – ensures minimal delays and lower costs.
  • Availability of infrastructure, technical expertise, and facilities mean wells can be put on production within days of completion, and much cheaper than in many places in the world leading to higher profits.
